At Cleanexy, reliable and timely delivery is a key part of our commitment to customers. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are prepared, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

During peak periods (holidays or promotional events), processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. 

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method you select.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows (depending on your location and the shipping method selected):

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier processing, destination, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. For orders shipped within the United States, no customs procedures are required.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment
  • Temporary delays in tracking updates are normal and do not always indicate a delivery issue

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with state and local regulations.

If international shipping is offered, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Cleanexy is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us at service@cleanexy.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7.1 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and the packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

7.2 Lost Packages

If a shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, Cleanexy will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
